Before starting treatment, I had heard plenty of horror stories about how painful laser tattoo removal can be, and as someone with a low pain tolerance, I was definitely nervous. However, Bruce constantly checks in throughout the session and makes sure you're comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend purchasing the 40% numbing cream he offers, and he also uses cold air on the treatment area beforehand to maximise comfort. Together, these made the process far more manageable than I ever expected - I've heard some places don't offer the cold air which is a tattoo laser removal MUST. Tattoo removal felt very intimidating, I have put it off for years because of this... but my experience at MorphIUs has been the complete opposite. I can't recommend Bruce and KaRa highly enough—their professionalism, care, and expertise have made the entire journey so much easier and I actually look forward to my sessions!
